At The Reentry Success Group, we believe that a person’s past should not be a permanent barrier to their future. We teach practical, actionable steps to help people use their history to power their future.
We don’t just offer a place to stay; we provide a community to belong to. Our approach is rooted in the principles of Restorative Justice, moving beyond simple compliance toward true transformation. By addressing the “whole person”—housing, employment, and emotional resilience—we reduce recidivism and strengthen the fabric of our neighborhoods. We are not just helping individuals return to society; we are helping them lead it.

- Transformational Housing: More than sober living, our Colorado Level 1 homes are sanctuaries of accountability and growth, providing the safety needed to focus on the future.
- Level Up Academy: A rigorous curriculum focused on life skills and professional development to ensure our members are prepared for the modern workforce.
- The Reentry Success Series: Using 21 sessions, available in English and Spanish, the Reentry Success Series is a complete reentry program that provides internal, external, and social principles to give learners the keys to succeed in the free world.
- The “Illegal to Legal” Program: A specialized strengths-based initiative helping individuals use their street skills to create legitimate income generating activities.
- Restorative Justice & CGA 12-Step: We integrate traditional recovery with justice-oriented healing, allowing participants to make amends and reclaim their personal agency.
- Art Therapy: Using proprietary programming and practices we developed with our own in-house certified art therapist (MA in Psychology and 30 years’ experience), our art therapy program is more than a recreational activity: it enhances mental health, reduces stress, enhances self-esteem, strengthens problem solving skills, and so much more.

The Reentry Success Group operates at the intersection of social science and lived experience. Research consistently shows that “Housing First” models, when paired with robust peer support and vocational training, significantly lower the social and economic costs of reentry.
By utilizing Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) and Restorative Justice frameworks, we address the psychological “desistance” factors that traditional programs often overlook. Our data-driven approach focuses on three key pillars:
